  • Technical issues from our side that prevent access to our service, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days of the reported problem.
  • The customer has not used the service for more than 2 hours of streaming or more than 7 days from the date of purchase.

Refunds are not applicable if:

  • The issue arises due to customer-side problems such as incompatible devices, poor internet connection, or incorrect device setup.
  • The service has been accessed for a significant period and has been used extensively.

2. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your account details, order confirmation, and a detailed explanation of the issue you encountered.
  3. Allow our support team up to 7 business days to investigate and resolve the issue.

If the issue cannot be resolved, and it meets our refund criteria, your refund will be processed.

3. Timeframe for Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days once approved. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

The following scenarios are not eligible for refunds:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Failure to cancel the subscription before renewal.
  • Misuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
  • Purchasing the wrong subscription plan.
